I read some of the changes you are planning and I personally have some issues on a few of those changes. While I am going to only bring up my conversation about the Ice Breaker, I am going to gripe a bit about something else, too. Before I go on, I do want you to know that I don't care one iota about what you change for people play PvP, as I can't stand the PvP in your game, so I don't play PvP. BUT!... when it comes to PvE, that is where I get my concern and frustration. You said that you are going to change the Ice Breaker to "Increase recharge time for Ice Breaker rounds to 1 every 8 seconds. Was 1 round every 5 seconds." This is a total BS thing to do for several reasons. The number one reason, I use the Ice Breaker is AMMO! So many time I have run out of ammo when in an attack, especially in PoE, where what seems like 20+ enemies are coming at you, and you run out of ammo, so I quickly change to another weapon, and run out of ammo, and they continue to come at me, to I switch to my 3rf and final weapon, and if I don't run out of ammo, it's darn close. So, I go and get a synth, and more ammo! BUT... my other 2 weapons don't have any and I can only load 1 ammo synth for the next 5 minutes. So I use the Ice Breaker, and even then I get only 6 shots, even when I am wearing armor that is suppose to increase my secondary ammo. When I run out of ammo, and no other weapon has any, I run until I can get another shot with the Ice Breaker. That 5 seconds can sometimes feel like an eternity (especially if you accidentally, or the enemy trips a mine in PoE) while you are trying to run and stay alive. I beg you! Do Not Change This!!! At least for PvE! If you still feel that you must change things, then I would strongly suggest that you change the Synth problem. Allow us to use a Synth for more than 1 weapon, and it would be great if you could bring it down from 5 min to 4, or even better 3 min.
