What are the best PoE weapon perks?
So Variks sells weapons with unique fallen exclusive perks. Now I am just wondering which one is the best/ which ones are better?
Also what would be the best perk to have on Chain of Orbiks-Fel?

3 RepliesHello, In all honestly, probably more damage to Fallen, or Stun Captains. Shank Burn, Dreg Burn, Vandal Burn are near useless. Suppress a Captains Abilities is nice, but stunning them just does a bit more.
