Levels "1-34" should be skill based, not armor based. Like in halo. With a choice to play ranked matches.

But it makes no sense if they don't go down. If you're bad, you play people on your level. You get better and you rank up. I mean PVP specifically.

For PvP, it should be in a certain playlist. For PvE, no.
