Ok let me break this down for you. There are millions of people who play this game. Me personally I scroll right past lfg Posts that say "need maxed gally" or any weapon requirement. This is not a bungie problem this is a community problem. If ever single person was to ignore these max Gally posts as in not join those teams they would stop.
