The blast had concussed me, and of course I had landed on my dislocated shoulder. The overpowering stench of the sewer let me know I was still alive, other than the pain of course.
I pushed myself up with my left arm and looked for my knife. A rather nasty pile of crap had become its home. I picked it up and looked at my tac-pad. The map was letting me know my only option was to move forward.
As I limped forward the minor headache started, and no pills, great. The all too familiar report of a gunshot echoed down the sewer, followed by 3 more. I slid behind a pile of trash and what appeared to be a dead synth, footsteps announced the presence of another coming towards me.

In a frantic move to give myself a fighting chance I take off my helmet, bite down on a cloth, and pop my shoulder back into place. the pain was extreme and the cloth almost didn't help. I throw my helmet back on and reverse grip my knife waiting. [spoiler]srry if bumping is against the rules, I saw I was buried under the 2000 replies posts[/spoiler]

As the figure came quickly around the pile of trash my survival instincts kicked in and I use what little power I have left to weakly send them sliding across the floor. What a stupid mistake, the migraine flooded my head immediately as I jumped up to run and I stumbled as I tried to run away. I'm confronted by armed men and realizing the gravity of my situation lay the knife on the concrete and put my hands up. "Well this day gets better and better"

I warily take the knife. "Thanks" I say still analyzing my situation. "I hate to ask more of you all but I need a pill, this headache is getting worse and the Sons of Diablo saw to it I lost everything I had not too long ago." "I also need a way out of the sewer I'm running from the aforementioned gang."

Here I was freshly excommunicated by my brothers for who I am fundamentally, hunted by the men who have been trying to kill me since I signed on with the Souls. Now my only way out of my old life is to pledge it to another organization fighting against another enemy. I grab the gun and load the clip in one movement, it has become natural over the years, I then grab the card and look up, "ain't no rest for the wicked"

Down this tunnel is our base. Its enormous. And by the way, this is Lucky, *gestures to person on left* and this is Nerevar. *gestures to person on right* Im glad you accepted the offer. We need men like you. *a minute later at the base* [b]We walk up onto a platform with a few garbage barrels with circular disks facing upwards mounted on top of them.[/b] So this is the firing range. Not much to say about it. [b]we continue into the next room of the base. a long hallway is sitting in front of us.[/b] So that way- *I point to one side of the hallway* is the lounge. it connects to the laboratory and the bunks. mostly everything else is connected to this hallway here.

No problemo. We got a man down here who sells KAP-8 for free. And you can use one of our choppers whenever you need it.

i would say 7 kap-8 if you use it daily, sort of like a medication.
