Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

Its a trickle effect from the weapon balance everyone has been asking for. They dont want a wewpon to be the answer to all encounters. Black hammer would have been the next supreme elite weapon, since gjallarhorn and Ice Breaker are getting nerfed.
