Good post. But you've posted a good point to the problem: close-quarters maps. I haven't played Destiny for a couple months, but I remember that blink could be frustrating to play against because it has great mobility in close to mid range gameplay, but it was manageable. As a Titan, it takes time to travel from point A to point B. Blink is instant. Both jumps are predictable based on previous movements. So this is where class attributes begin to really take shape. Titan should be able to sustain more damage to compensate for the lack of that mobility. Is this the case? Do attributes really effect gameplay to balance things out depending on different play styles? I don't know. I haven't ran any tests for this. But this is what I would check out. Cuz personally, I think Blink is perfectly fine in it's animation and distance traveled.
