Black hammer's only good perk is white nail and now it takes ammo from the mag!!? The fact that bungie did this is just stupid! The perk was not game breaking it still took a little skill to land 3 precision shots quick enough. And due to the fact that the mag was only 3 there was no room for error and since mulligan barely every actually works. Bungie pretty much sent this weapon to its death sentence and by public opinion need to clean up their mess. They need to listen to the community a little more intently.
