I applaud your level headed argument but blink is too easy to use. Blink makes the tactical advantages of your opponents null and void. I see people all the time blink past corners and over low cover to escape from fights they should lose. I have more of an issue with its defensive capabilities, honestly. How do you track a target that can teleport in any direction? Shotguns have inflamed the blink problem but once that's sorted the offensive utility of blink will be reduced to balanced. Blink saves people from suppers and rockets and bullets. I might think differently if Titans had it too (I have all three)
