But that's why some groups required it - bad kids could make up for their lack of skill. I just got mine 2 weeks ago, so I've been that guy who had to get invited to groups based on my game skill. Now, a group might need 5-6 Gallys to equal the 3-4 that were OK before. And those bad kids will probably be kicked if they don't have the skill now. So I think it's going to back fire.
