How about they design a rocket launcher that is on par? How about actually designing fights that don't require you to spam dps at a boss. Skolas, atheon, and crota are the only boss fights with a shred of design behind them. Everything else is a dps fest so why would people not want to use the highest dps weapon for them? I switch between gally and hezense as they are the two most damaging heavies. I use the corrective measure on atheon because it works better. Heavies are supposed to do a lot of damage and it's just stupid to have a rocket launcher for every occasion, you mainly use them on the boss.
