You speak the truth. Bungie isn't actually looking at the root problem and that is their other launchers are inferior.

You mean where people want ghorn users? Well they can fix that with better designed weapons and strikes too. Ghorn isn't required for any strike right now and it's downright stupid to use it on atheon. They should design better encounters.

Yup, there are more problems at the root of it. And more elegant solutions than just nerfing guns!

That would actually help. All the ghorn elitists will still be on lfg sites while i bring my ghorn into matchmaking to help people out. Would give the people that either don't have one or care if other people have them a guaranteed group. And quickly at that. My biggest problem is it takes longer to put a group together than it does to run a nightfall. Lol

Yeah and then you get crappy rewards. I mean I wish there was something this game could give us that was rewarding. I imagined something different. What if you got medals that you could trade to the shipright and have construct a sparrow or ship based on different parts you ordered? What if you just got special points and could trade them in to the vanguard and construct armor that looks how you want and has the stats you want? What if you could do that with weapons at the gunsmith. Build guns from different cores but designed by you. Why is this game such a lottery?
