Ok sure: "Only some have me, and only some care. Though it's best to keep your options open, for one day you may need me." This refers to how the Monte Carlo is a pretty underwhelming weapon, but there are some people that like it. With the upcoming auto rifle buff, it might end up being good. "If there is beauty in destruction, why not in its delivery? Though I can provide destruction in more ways than one, some will find it more useful than others. Don't count me out just yet." This refers to how the Monte Carlo is aesthetically impressive and it has the capability to kill people (though it's not that good right now). It has the ability to recharge the user's melee ability, which some people care about, and some people don't. The last line refers to how the Monte Carlo may yet improve in TTK.
