Jumping to counter doesnt work that well unless youre a Blinker yourself. Have never blinked and lost my target then shotgunned them in the teeth. Advantage wiĺl always go to the blinker coz they can choose when to blink. If it gets nerfed then ah well. PVP is just clone wars anyway.

Actually it works incredibly well because I do it all the time. Just because you don't "lose your target" doesn't make Blink OP, it makes you skilled. The fact is that jumping can be just as disorienting to Blinkers. What I've laid out here is a way to even the playing field, you still have to possess the better weapon skills and be able to land your shots when you need to.

Yeah fair point. Not gonna say OP but would say its an advantage in PVP.

Fair enough. I'll agree it's an advantage, but only because most just spin in circles trying to shoot at you. :) If we ever meet in PvP, you may get me once with Blink, but you're going to have to work like hell for a second kill lol.
