Can someone seriously justify the Black Hammer nerf?
I really don't see why this is getting nerfed at all. Who can convince me? It makes no sense...

It could have been fixed by getting rid of perfect balance and increasing its recoil. That way, it would take a skilled person to consistently land 3 precision shots. Also shorten the time for being able to have the white nail perk activate.
