Space it out, Do vog hard on two chars on Wed, get your strange coins on Thursday, check in on Friday to buy from Xur, Sat do Poe, Sun do Nightfalls, and the rest of week don't play or just do side stuff like bounties and level gear but only for an hour or two. It will help if you put together an experienced group to do the raids with on the planned day doing it as fast as possible. Good luck!
