Agreed I have put the most hours in as we'll and I am the only one of my friends whom doesn't have one not fair at all please destiny fix this I have done all the raids on both normal and hard all the POE with all three characters not to mention countless night falls and weekly's yet nothing for me yet i have seen people with less then one hundred hours in have one. Also vex mythoclast I am the last one of my friends with out one I know you're pain it seems these top guns see only rare for me
