Signed. Black hammer was so exciting for me once I heard about it. It's actually difficult to take advantage of other than a few set situations. Even then it's easy to have you're sights shaken off. What Bungie is doing with it feels a bit spiteful and mean. Not sure anyone really asked for this change and it feels personal. Now it's really not much better than a regular sniper rifle that happens to have fast reload. Love Bungie but this feels like after school bully mean.
