I've said it once and I'll say it again. The last time a weapon got "slight reduction in damage" auto rifles were made -blam!-ing useless.

But auto rifles got nerfed from its damage at least 2-3 times.

It was the 4th one that really put the nail in the coffin and was the one that claimed a slight reduction in damage. Bungie has shown they don't know how to balance guns for shit.
