You forgot to mention that they're buffing its mag to 18 which is the highest for a sniper currently in the game and makes this perk a lot more useful. Unlimited ammo is an icebreaker unique perk. And if you're going to attack me saying it rewards skill: [b]A[/b] this gun is designed to kill bosses and most of those bosses have large crit areas and don't move much in the quick time it takes to fire off 3 shots. Requires very little skill.
