Haha, people are actually thinking that a handling buff will somehow make them be able to use NLB. Run NLB with Quickdraw on a bladedancer. Are you doing decent? If you aren't, the handling buff is gonna do jack shit to help your NLB usage. Exotic perk buff won't help either. After the buff, NLB with the Master perk active will still deal less damage than LDR/Her Benevolence. Sorry, but it's not gonna be the next final round sniper.
