So we have something in common, we both belive that doesn't matter how good a gun is, all guns are situational, black hammer and gally are not the best guns to use all the time.
If they were i would use them all the time and i don't.
Which brings me to my conclusion that they didn't need to be nerfed, thats my opinion.

I still shed a salty tear for the ice breaker. Forced to sit back and let ammo charge will be a pain. Should have decreased the charge for PVP only.

Yeah ok, so some people were taken advantage in pvp, this is the thing pvp and pve are 2 different things, so guns should be treated differently in each. I rarely use ice braker still a good gun and im not a fan of that nerf either.
