Prison of Elders random teleport

I have enjoyed the new Prison of Elders content quite a bit. However, I have been teleported across the map, usually to a spawn point, several times. This has happened on both the Hive map and the Vex boss map. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. On all occasions, I was not hiding or holing up in a small area of the map. I was definitely not idle. These teleports separated me from my team and as a bubble-titan, my ability to support my teammates is directly linked to my proximity to them. Please tell me that this is a bug and not a randomness-generating mechanism. Prison of Elders is fun because it requires teamwork and, especially on higher levels, planning. Random teleports, such as into the spawn point of cursed thralls (which immediately detonates them), hinder both planning or teamwork. The teleports only take away from the PoE and Destiny experience with no value added. It is a net loss that makes PoE less of a challenge and more like something to be endured.

  • Happened to me for the first time last night at several points while fighting Gulrot. Our team was 3 Hunters so we had no bubble. No one was trying to cheese. If you put a stack of crates with space behind them near a corner on a platform with stairs leading to it, that is called "cover", no different from the blast walls or pillars. Given that the mechanic of the boss fight is to take cover while slowed, it makes no sense to punish players for doing just that. It's not like enemies don't pursue you up there, and I was teleported a few times while fighting and backpedaling. If the object is to keep you moving and out of certain areas, why not at least give a warning and countdown timer like the out of bounds warning that you get at the edge of cliffs when doing a patrol? This is just lazy level design.
