So basically your saying that you made a statement regarding Fox News Scare stories in general on a topic that referenced a fake Fox News story but you were not including the fake Fox News story in your comment. So your comment in relation to the topic is more of an off topic remark regarding another aspect of Fox News as you see it rather than regarding the specific topic at hand.
