No one should have a weapon that is stronger than another. This game SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY WEAPONS that are better than the ones you can buy from the Vanguard. Apparently this is Bungie's new No Guardian Left Behind policy :(

Wait, did vanguard rockets get huge blast radius, tracking, proximity, and 15 tiny rounds that do a whopping 300 damage apiece? That 300 dmg will probably only drop to 200 with the nerf, and gjallarhorn will still be the best rocket launcher. Period.
