Yes, quite aware of that. That was the sole purpose of the perk however, so I'm unsure where you're going with that other than the obvious point that the perk created infinite ammo against PVE content which lacks enough creativity to make any boss any less than a bullet sponge. With bullet sponge bosses with no mechanics it makes sense to reward skilled users with quicker victories, not slap them in the face with a reload speed that can be obtained any number of ways (weapon perks, armor perks, class builds, etc.). Sense when does OP content even matter in PVE? Like what sort of cry baby is that affected that they must cry for nerfs just because they don't have a weapon? No one requires black hammer for raids... And people are always going to prefer members have the best weapons for whatever raid so it's just going to shift the weapon preference to any other weapon that others have, maybe weapons that are even more difficult and expensive to get due to asking for perfect rolls, random drops as compared against running the easiest -blam!-ing raid in the game a few times a week.
