Why does everyone Hate Dreg's Promise?
why? its a solid gun with the right weapon/armor perks. whats so bad about it?

If I get another Cipher I'll probably just discard it because I really haven't heard a lot of good things about dregs promise and I just can't see myself using an exotic sidearm doesn't really fit my play style.
