Wait, did vanguard rockets get huge blast radius, tracking, proximity, and 15 tiny rounds that do a whopping 300 damage apiece? That 300 dmg will probably only drop to 200 with the nerf, and gjallarhorn will still be the best rocket launcher. Period.
