The Black Hammer was an illusive weapon for me. Week in, week out, I would play Crota, hoping that on day I would get this fabled weapon. But even I can understand its nerf. It turned boss encounters into a joke, and reinforced a severely passive style of play. It'll still be a good sniper just not as powerful.
