Not the point. After update 2.0 we will no longer have unlimited ammo when hitting precision shots with black hammer. Now it draws ammo from our reserve. I'm suggesting that to compensate for the loss of ammo. This weapon was special enough for BUNGIE to place it under the exotic category in the update, the nerf makes it less special
