Well from past experiences from other games the elitism isn't that bad as suppose to WoW back in the day you had to have all the right gear right spec be able to carry your weight and everyone could tell if you weren't with dps meters and to get into any respectable raid guild you had to submit a resume oh and maybe you had to be older than 17 (which I lied about for a year or so) so just people saying must have a gally isn't that bad not defending because the job can still get done without it I mean a player with that just started 2 weeks ago can get gally and be a noob but I think this is linked to another problem and that would be lack of clan/guild support I know we have clans and it only support from bnet but it's not supported ingame so vast majority of players are always looking for randoms to make a PUG so people will always look for the path of least resistance want randoms to have gally cuz does so much DPS nobody want to carry every time they do a raid or really anything don't get me wrong I don't mind teaching or helping people but sometime I want to cruise threw a raid

This is what the factions (FWC, NM, DO) should have been. Only be able to join 1 and make missions, bounties and gear exclusive for members only, but also have a group finder mechanic.

Agreed ... But add some punctuation and spacing. Wall of texts are tough to read through, so a lot of people just ignore.
