I'll raid with anyone as long as they can focus on the objectives and don't do massively stupid things, like:
* Getting killed by Atheon before the first teleport because they were hopping around the map.
* Taking potshots at Gorgons.
* Ignoring cover in the PoE, yelling "YOLO BRUH", and charging across the wide-open area, only to be smeared into a thin paste by the ogre, two wizards, and countless boomer knights waiting there for them.
* Not muting the mic before screaming at their parents because they've asked them twenty times to take out the garbage. Show a little respect.

Seconded. Don't care about age or pitch of voice so long as that player can focus and hold to the plan we've laid out to tackle any given objective. Bullying is not how I deal with it though, there are warnings before boots and mutes.
