I know that we needed this, but I feel that they went overboard for a few reasons: A) Normal Hand cannons didn't need a nerf at all. The only hand cannons anyone ever had an issue with were with the exotic ones. With the way it was handled, it looks as if Bungie simply wants the regular hand cannons to be the new AR. Its kinda hard to land paced shots when the shots are so inaccurate that you might as well use other weapons. B) No matter how you look at it, increasing full mag charge on ice breaker does literally nothing. Might as well bring extra bread, because people are going to be making more sandwiches. C) I have no idea where the Fusion Rifle nerf is coming from. In my opinion, Fusion Rifles were probably the least used gun, next to the ARs, due to their ridiculously wide projectile spread. "Mid-Range" is nearly impossible for this gun because it would take two shots, which by then you're most likely dead.
