Looking for people to do Raids, POE and Trials with

I'm 58 and been playing Destiny SOLO since December. I have managed to run some Nightfalls SOLO. None of my friends play. I have 34 Warlock, 33 Titan and a 32 Hunter. I would really like to find people to run with. Since I've only SOLOed I could use help learning how to setup communications with other so we can talk while raiding.
