Are you seriously asking that question? If so you obviously don't have the gun. It's White Nail perk is what set it apart from other snipers. BH didn't need to be touched by means of weapon balancing at all.

Yeah I am asking it, as I remember from the notes it still has white nail. But hey you can just use another sniper that has the white nail perk! Oh wait...

My point is that it still has white nail, you just won't be able to fire it with infinite ammo, which still leaves it in top tier for boss damage
