Got mine from 28 Poe after a few weeks of skipping Poe. Default roll I got is a beast...check it on my warlock. I hear u can get it from dragon strikes randomly yea...but it's a rare drop

WTF, I got two of these and dismantled them, I never used pulse rifles so I didn't see a need to keep them nor did I realise how good they were until this very second, God damn it...! I may start fcuking grinding again, Jesus, lol...!
