[b]when i finally return to Cedyetica, I am surprised to see what has changed. I head for Nouisaeculi headquarters and check on the teleportation project. Its finally done. I order that we have a main teleporter here, and then small transmats carried by our soldiers and operatives. I give the soldiers gun to the lab for analysis, and then head to the mail area. I grab a package out of my box. It contains a Seducers Cigar, a AIMC exoskeleton, and an impenetrable umbrella. I go to my room and begin spray painting and making the my vigilante suit. I paint the cape black with golden lines and merge it with the impenetrable umbrella, i merge the cigar with the AIMC gauntlets i have, and finally spray paint the exoskeleton black after making detailed changes (mostly spikes). My vigilante suit is ready. I hang it on my wall for when i need it. I leave the room and close the door behind me.[/b]
