Note: I'm on XBone I'll be running through Crota normal at least 3x this week. I usually just solo it for kicks but will be happy to bring along anyone who hasn't done it before. If we can get 6 people together we'll do it the proper way (no "cheese") so you can understand the mechanics. I'm open to taking one or two people thru as well, but we'll have to skip a few of the mechanics. But I will explain how each of them work with a full team so you'll be good for next time. Just be cool and open to learning. It's not hard, but will take a few times to complete each part if you haven't done it. I can also teach you/others in the team how to run the sword if the groups cool with wiping a bunch of times. A good way to practice sword: go to Fist of Crota mission and play around with the sword that drops from the Knight. - Try sword gliding (jumping and swinging the sword multiple times with the bumper button) - Quick heavy slams (holding sprint forward and mashing trigger/R2) - And escaping (jump up, spin 180 degrees and sword glide away). All of these are the same mechanics of Crota sword. Only requirements I have: 1. Be cool 2. Have a mic! 3. Be open to learning how it's done 4. Be patient, especially if it's a full team of first-timers 5. Expect to die and expect for others to die. It's part of learning it. 6. Your level doesn't matter to me. If you can get in (lvl 28 I think is the lowest you can be.... I think ....) it's cool. Note: If you have some heavy synths, that'd be useful. Otherwise I'll show you the heavy glitch - you just need an Icebreaker :) Other items that are great to have, but not necessary for my group: 1. Tracking rockets, legendary or exotic 2. Decent sniper and/or shotgun 3. A helmet that regens health when picking up orbs 4. Red Death is good to have to regen health if needed I'm always up to help!
