Wtf? But Arc blade being able to one shot at range is okay? From a scrawny hunter, too.

Short range, yeah. But the Titan's super is a long range super as well as short range. It's two shots from range.

Oh, does the throw have any AoE and the melee is still a one hit?

It has a very small AoE, and yeah pretty sure the melee is still a one hit.
