Well, of course the bosses can kill you. But even crota would not be a challenge if he was by himself. Also op mechanics that cause a wipe dont help either.
But yeah, they can kill you.

He fires so slow in a straight up battle........ stick and move stick and move no need for sword either. Only reason he kills ppl is the need for sword, we have to get close
