Try not to but human nature... I usually can tell I'm a party chat if I can play with someone.

I won't allow nor disallow someone into my fire team due to grim score but if I see someone who is level 34 with 1000 grim score I'll try to play better to accommodate what could be a "new player" who isn't as experienced as me and my friends but if someone is 34 with 3500 grim then we won't try as hard if you know what I mean.

I love new players. They make the game fresh again for me. We've recruited a new batch into our clan recently and most are relatively new. There's actually a lot to learn and I take them on a tour of the tower and explain factions, vanguard, weapons, armor and so on. If they're willing to listen I'm willing to explain.
