I understand this. I am missing 15 grimoire for round tiers for elimination.
Do I have to complete those round tiers again in regular elimination to get those points??

You have the points for the Elimination card tiers already. Those points were already getting added to your grimoire from the Trials of Osiris games. You just couldn't see the tiers until the Elimination card was unlocked. You're at 3575 grimoire score. Xbox maximum is 3620, and you're still missing 45 points worth of cards that are currently available to xbox players. 5 from pulse rifles 15 from sidearms 15 from Val Aru'un 5 from Patrols Introductions 5 from Public Events Introductions
