if they r in pt, Ill try to talk to them and ill judge them by the way they talk(nice and relaxed) I dont like to play with excited kids, that takes the game too serious, unless its competetive mode. if not in pt, then just look @ the way they play the game and he or she doesnt contribite much to the fire team, thats bye bye
