Ok so if you're above rank 70-90 and have not gotten a shader *cough me cough* the vendor should sell a shader and it rotates like the weekly reset. Since RNG is completely retarded with its 200-300 glimmer and that more of light in most of my packages, that this should be implemented with the TTK or after it. I know most of us have that feel *cough revenant cough* that it will never drop *cough faction ship cough*. So yay or nay?
