People seem to be taking my judge thing the wrong way. If a level 30 joined my fire team on a nightfall I would look at his grimoire score and if it was low the same as his level I wouldn't run through the nightfall like I would usually do, I would stay back and assist the guardian and treat him nice instead of leaving him in the dust and speeding off. However if it was a level 34 with 3500+ grimoire score I wouldn't think twice before speeding off to the boss on my own that's all.
