Elitist usually aren't that great, they think their good because they don't challenge themselves or play better players. In my opinion there is not skill in PvE, its all very predictable and boring. You can be bad at PvE however

I disagree. If you spend enough time at raids specifically, you learn neat methods to carrying teams. Today I had to do right side oracles on hard VoG by myself (not a hard feat, but also not extremely easy), due to some teamates who refused to stay alive. I did hobgoblin duty, the double vex cave spawn duty, and of course the triple oracles/5 oracle 7th rotatiom spawn. (Occasionally g horning mid because the left players were quite useless...
