Conclusion: those two weapons have lots of differences and are also really closes. The bases stats are better for WoC and have a better range with is talent but fatebringer shows talent more comfort to kill with it since is talent are made for all of the more common enemies and is capacity to destroy arc shield witch is more present in the game.
