Have you forgotten that the stability was supposed to balance out the fact that you can almost have unlimited ammo most people I play with can't get the 3 criticals within the given amount of time to achieve white nail and if it is a problem then just make it to were it takes 1 bullet from the reserve and generate 2 cause otherwise buying a sniper would work better then sticking with that piece of shit there calling a legendary sniper
