Blades of Crota will drop husk of the pit again.
Why did they stop dropping them?

They messed with Xurs planning. He accidentally brought a husk instead of a Gjallarhorn so he just didn't sell anything

Bungie, of course. I thought it was cute the way they would never directly say they shut off Blades of Crota and by extension the Husk. Fundamentally dishonest people.

Probably when HoW released. I am sure they did the usual coding mix-up, one group using a different build from another and it got pushed out. This build was missing the Husk. It took a few weeks of them talking down to the players who were trying to find out why nobody was getting it. When enough people are complaining, they may take a look, which they finally did, but it sure took a long time and as usual they were being very condescending to the people trying to have it looked at. Bungie in a nutshell.

When did it stop because I could swear the last time I did that eris bounty it dropped but that was after the first trials
