Am i the only one who doesnt actually know what the traveler is?
And is it my own fault for not knowing or Bungies fault for no havign a story mode.

Nobody knows what [i]precisely[/i] it is :) It's comparable to the forerunner's in Halo CE, it's something we will hopefully discover later.
